Forget the same old ham and pudding. This Christmas, Salted Egg turns up the heat with a Southeast Asian-inspired banquet lunch. Starting with a welcome drink on arrival and moving into charred BBQ prawns, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, crisp seasonal salads and a cheesecake to finish. Big flavours, bigger tables, one very good lunch.
